- 1 thick slice of seedless watermelon, chopped into cubes

- 1 ripe peach, peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Freeze the Banana Ahead of Time
Peel and slice a ripe banana, then place the slices in a sealed container or zip-top bag. Freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight if possible. This will be the creamy base for your smoothie. - Prepare the Fresh Fruit
While the banana is freezing, chop the watermelon, melon, and peach into small chunks. Remove any seeds and refrigerate the fruit until you’re ready to blend. - Blend Until Smooth
